Check-InCheck-in from 3pm to 9pm. Earlier or later check-in is possible upon prior reservation with the Hotel. For late check-in we do require the copy of your ID and valid credit card details for pre-authorization prior to your arrival.
Check-OutCheck out from 9am to 12pm. Earlier or later Check-out is possible upon prior notification of the Hotel. We reserve the right to charge late check-out fees.
CancellationIf cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80% of the total price will be charged. If we are able to re-rent the rooms, we charge only the price difference. In case of no-show, 100% of the total price will be charged. Non-refundable rate: you will not be able to cancel or modify the booking and you cannot change the date of arrival. We strongly suggest that you book a travel insurance. All cancellations must be made in writing.
Children and Extra BedsAll children under 5 years stay free of charge when sleeping with parents. One child under 5 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. All older children or adults are charged IDR 550.000 per night and person for extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/baby cots in a room is 1. Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel. Minors under the age of 18 staying in the Hotel must be accompanied by duly authorized adults. Hotel staff may require relevant documentation identifying adults as authorized persons.
